&lt;p&gt;As far as conducting interviews, we never really say much about what positions we&#039;re holding e. We consciously try not to scare people. In fact, we try real hard to make them feel at ease. We find that&#039;s the best way to get real honest answers. :)&lt;/p&gt;

- Some are over there head. They thought grades are everything.
- And some try to get job to get paid and go to sleep with no intentions of growing.

They say IS/IT is now booming with new jobs. If they can&#039;t find work maybe the work is not for them.
